Refund Policy

We want you to love what you get from us. Here’s how we handle issues with orders — straightforward, no runaround.

Physical Products — Merch

Our branded merchandise is made through a print-on-demand partner, which means each item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns on items that were printed correctly.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — wrong item, printing error, arrived broken — we will make it right. Email us at hello@romalite.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund. No hoops to jump through.

Digital Downloads

All digital purchases — printables, templates, and downloadable products — are final sale. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds on digital goods. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about what’s included, reach out before you buy.

Candles

Our seasonal candles are made in small batches. If your candle arrives damaged — broken jar, lid damaged in shipping — email us at hello@romalite.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll sort it out. We’re not able to accept returns on undamaged items due to the small-batch nature of production.
