Welcome to Romalite. By using this website, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve written them in plain English because we’re a real family brand and we respect your time. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please reach out — we’re happy to talk.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using romalite.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who purchases from or interacts with Romalite.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Products & Orders
Merchandise (Etsy and Amazon). Our branded merchandise — tees, totes, and similar products — is produced through print-on-demand partners. When you place an order, it is fulfilled directly by our print-on-demand partner and shipped to you. We do not handle physical inventory or fulfillment ourselves.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns on correctly printed items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Digital Downloads. Digital products (templates, printables, and similar downloads) are delivered digitally. All digital sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Candles. Our seasonal candle line is produced in small batches. Candle sales are limited and we do not guarantee availability. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design — is owned by Romalite LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We put real work into everything on this site. Please respect that.
